1. 青山位於軍事射擊靶場範圍，切勿於練習射擊的日子進入該區。通常星期六、星期日及公眾假期沒有射擊練習。政府每月均發出新聞稿，公佈下一個月份進行射擊練習的日期及時間。在政府的新聞資料庫中，亦可以「射擊練習」搜索有關資料或留意當天的電台廣播。射擊練習開始前和射擊時，射擊練習區將懸掛紅旗或紅燈。政府新聞公佈請按此；
2. 切勿觸摸練靶場內之任何物體，以免引起爆炸而招致傷亡。
3. 初段急升青山，需一定體能。
4. 末段下降至良田凹，多浮沙碎石，需小心行走

(1) 由市區前往屯門各巴士先到屯門公路轉車站；

1. Castle Peak (Tsing Shan) is located on
Military Firing Range, do not enter the Range during practicing date. Usually NO
practicing on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Government will
announce the next month practicing date and time on the Press Release. Also,
can listen radio for practicing information. Also, Red flags or red lamps will
be hoisted at the firing areas before and during firing practice, click here for Government
Press Release information.
2. Do not touch any object inside the firing area, it may
explode and kill you.
3. Beginning section steeply upslope to Castle Peak, spend a
lot of energy.
4. Be careful, many stone on the last section going down to
Leung Tin Au.
